Daniel Melcher
President/CEO
Daniel is a passionate leader in the hospitality industry, with years of experience managing one of Buffalo's premier nightlife venues, Rec Room. His journey from managing the front door to running the entire operation speaks to his commitment to creating meaningful experiences, both inside and outside the venue. Daniel’s vision for Melcher Boling Cares is grounded in his love for his community and his desire to give back in a meaningful way.

Ryan Boling
Chief Operating Officer
Ryan is currently the General Manager at The Oak Stave in East Amherst, NY, with nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. He is a graduate of Buffalo State University with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration, along with double minors in Political Science and Communications. Ryan began his career at SEAR Steakhouse in downtown Buffalo. He transitioned to Salvatore's, where he had a transformative five-year management tenure, playing an integral role in launching Perla Seafood Bistro. Additionally, he served as the Director of Operations for the Erie County Republican Committee from 2020 to 2023, where he spearheaded strategic fundraising goals.
